## Narrative

Employee was climbing up on the bumper of the continuous miner to get a rock off the miner. Employees right foot slipped on the bumper and left foot got caught under the turn table. EE felt pain in the left knee. Employee continued to work until 5-4-2017 when EE went off for surgery due to this incident.
