## Narrative

While using a hand crank to raise the drop door on a ballast car with EE's right arm, the door got stuck. EE went to apply greater force and felt a pain in EE's posterior right forearm, 1"" distal of elbow. Referred to specialist for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. No problems with mining methods, PPE, training or compliance issues.
