## Narrative

Employee had done work on the 216 Cat skid steer and had started letting the hinged canopy down when the employee feet slipped causing the front of the hinged canopy to hit the employee in the top of the head. The employee fell backward landing on employee's back between the bucket area and the frame of the skid steer.
