## Narrative

Employee was pulling back on the jackleg machine after finishing drilling a hole in hanging wall and the drill steel hung causing machine to torque. Employee lost balance from machine twisting and fell straining lower back. Seen by site medic & referred to ER, X-Rays showed negative findings, restrictions issued until seen at next level of care.
