## Narrative

Employee was walking in F28 TG alongside the exhaust fan tubing. The tubing stretched from the straight of the #2 entry around the corner of the 2-3 track chute to the return. The slack in the tubing shifted quickly and knocked employee to the ground. Employee fell on their right ribs. Diagnosed with two broken ribs.
