## Narrative

While dragging post's into 4 West occasionally post would get caught on rail. Employee finished shift with no indication of injury. After going home employee said EE woke up the next day with pain in lower back and hip area. This did not involve any compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, attitude, or machinery.
