## Narrative

Drilling hole with air bolter in #1 entry of 2E and the drill steel stuck while pushing it up a portion of the already drilled hole. When steel let loose the air bolter rose toward the roof rapidly and pinched EE's right index finger between the roof and the drill frame. Later diagnosed with fracture on 5/13/17. Missed no work.
