Narrative

EE was moving a section of a drop chute out of the maintenance shop down a ramp. The wheels made contact with a pipe; section of the pipe was holding the trough for a screw conveyor. The load shifted and a hinged door swing forward and struck EE's thumb between chute and door, crushing it.
