## Narrative

Employee was assisting the loading of a belt tub onto a well bottom car.  The tub needed re-positioned.  Employee motioned the scoop operator to ""slew"" the tub over.  The operator shoved the tub.  Employee's foot was caught between the anchor point of the car and the tub.  First aid was administered.  Employee was transported via ambulance to a local hospital.
