Narrative

Stepping out of a diesel locomotive employee's left knee failed. Employee didn't violate any laws, rules or policies, has proper training and has a positive attitude for safety. Employee didn't have a specific incident and is believed injury is a result of a body failure type injury. Employee was wearing all required PPE.
