## Narrative

Injured was putting scoop tire back on 604-1008 scoop, located one heading over from the track of the St Leo rehabilitation area. The tire was lifted in the air with chain hoists & the employee was wiggling the tire back & forth to get it to seat on the wheel studs & caught left ring finger between the rubber tire & the wheel stud, resulting in a fracture & a laceration.
