## Narrative

While riding out on Damascus ride #352, employee had their foot on top of the fire extinguisher guard and as the ride went through the dip on 11 belt, 12 1/2 block, the employee's left foot struck a roof bolt in the top causing leg to be bent back towards the employee.  The preliminary results are at this time possible ligament damage.  We are currently waiting on MRI results.
