Narrative

Employee had just finished putting up a roof bolt and turned to re-load tray with material. When ee turned,ee then struck the back of arm against a stack of roof bolt plates. It caused a laceration about 1"" long that required 4 stitches. Employee returned to work after stitches were put in.
