Narrative

While cleaning out area to change a dog bone on the longwall face and waiting for supplies, a piece of the face rolled out pinning the employees foot against the pan. This did not involve compliance issues. Personal protective equipment was being used and this did not involve job proficiency, machinery, or attitude.
