## Narrative

Employee was using a kiln ring blaster eight-gauge shotgun to remove a ring in the back of the kiln.  After approximately thirty shots, three small pieces of material or shotgun slug projectile ricocheted back and struck face resulting in two sutures on the bridge of nose.
