## Narrative

EE was unloading bed rails out of shield car, a piece of rail was stuck making the EE exert more force resulting in a laceration when the bed rail became freed. Cause of the incident was lack of EE concentration. PPE was not a factor, compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, mining equipment/mining systems was not a factor, miner awareness may have been a factor.
