Narrative

Employee was attempting to remove excess build up in duct work of the pre-heat tower. The employee noticed loose material on the walls and ceiling. When the employee exited the duct, the material sluffed off of the wall and ceiling contacting employee's leg. Employee taken to ER, no fractures but bruising on leg and foot.
