## Narrative

Mine operator was operating dozer when ee went over a hump 18""-24"" tall causing body momentum to shift forward and hit head on the inside of the windshield in cab. Upon  questioning ee told supervisor that ee felt ok and was only ""shaken up"" at the moment.
