## Narrative

Employee was using a 5' long bar to lock a cam on a rail car door when EE lost footing and fell forward catching self with EE's hands on the ground. The rock bar fell to the tracks and leveraged the end up striking EE on the chin. EE received a 2"" laceration requiring 5 stitches to close.
