## Narrative

IGNITION. The roofbolter #140 was being used in #2 face. The operator was spinning the roof bolt through the hole in roof strap when an ignition occurred. It lasted about 30 seconds and was extinguished with rock dust from the roofbolter dust box.  MSHA inspector, took air reading at end of blowing curtain  10,080 CFM and CH4-0.
