Narrative

Three mechanics were repairing a leak to a spool piece on a sulfuric acid line. LOTOTO was done; Sulfuric acid ponded next to the line; Ee's were removing the spool when a piece fell into the ponded acid. EE jumped to move out of the way and fell into ponded sulfuric acid; EE sustained burns.
