## Narrative

Employee was assisting another employee to remove a mandoor from a stopping. They knocked the blocks around the door out and the employee was going to attempt to pull the door out. In the process of the employee pulling the door out a cinder block fell from the above where the door was positioned and struck the employee on the hand.
