## Narrative

Employee was pulling a miner cable pull rope to attach it to the tail boom of the miner and fell after becoming entangled in the miner water line. Employee fell backwards on to left buttocks. Employee is complaining of pain near tail bone radiating down left leg. Employee continued to work until 6/21/17.
