## Narrative

EE reported to supervisor on June 26th that on June 24th EE had been welding outside in the pit area and EE was dizzy and nauseous. EE was having heat related symptoms. EE was still suffering from the effects of the heat and was taken to the clinic to be checked out. EE was suffering from heat exhaustion.
