## Narrative

Employee stated that while carrying a longwall cable handler through the headgate area, EE stepped on a board and felt a ""pop"" in the left big toe. EE was diagnosed with a strained flexor tendon. EE didn't violate any rules, policy, or regulations; was wearing proper PPE & adequately trained.
