## Narrative

EE was called out to perform maintenance on 7/2/17.  Upon arriving home, EE's eye was ""itchy"".  When ee came to work the next day, the right eye was red and watering.  When seen by the doctor on 7/3/17, the exam identified a metal fragment embedded in the right eye.  Fragment was removed and EE was released to full duty.  EE was wearing safety glasses at time of incident.
