## Narrative

Injured was walking back from 4E section power car after putting power back on the section auxiliary fan and attempted to step over some ventilation tubes. EE tripped and fell, landing on right elbow. EE continued to work until 7/1/17, when EE went off work pending surgery to repair a torn tricep tendon in right elbow.
