Narrative

Employee moved from the #11 coal seam to the #9 coal seam. EE had to kneel due to the lower conditions, EE's right knee began to hurt after moving to the #9 coal seam. After a company investigation & consultation with ortho doctors it was determined to be from an occupational illness not accident.
