Narrative

The employee was climbing down the FVL on BE-05 to take a lunch break when ee stepped off the ladder onto the 1st. elevated platform, ee felt a strain in left knee and heard it pop. After going home that evening the knee had swollen and was in pain. The next day the employee went to an urgent care facility and was diagnosed with a sprained left knee.
