## Narrative

Checking the oil dip stick on the 582 motor grader EE bent to pull the dip stick out lost footing. EE grabbed compartment but couldn't hold on fell to ground between tires. EE was taken to ER diag facture to elbow. EE was referred to Ortho. EE was seen by ortho 7/12/17 and given a full duty release. EE injured last scheduled work shift before EE's scheduled 7 days off.
