## Narrative

3 employees were to clean up an outdoor parts storage area. Prior to the job, all employees were cautioned to stay away from poison ivy in one portion of the area. Employee developed a light rash on forearms, neck and face. Employee taken to MD, was given a one-time prescription Prednisone and returned to full duty. First aid only, no lost/restricted days.
