## Narrative

During on-shift exam of the section, the employee noticed a substantial piece of draw rock hanging in the #6 entry. They pulled the rock down with slate bar. As rock fell, sharp edge of rock caught/struck them on right forearm. Resulted in 4"" laceration requiring 7 stitches. They did not have any lost time.
