Employee was hooking up a 6"" suction line to a pump. Employee felt pain in lower back and was looked at by EMT. Employee denied further treatment at the time it was reported. Employee notified Employer on 7/17/2017 that ee had been seen by the VA in Denver and diagnosed as a muscle sprain. Employee began physical therapy on 7/18/2017 and missed no scheduled shifts.
