## Narrative

Injured was attempting to hang miner cable slack (between miner and loader) in 1 left to 2 left at 5 block of 1EHG longwall setup development section. A piece of draw rock slid off a roof strap (2' diameter, 1/4-1"" thick) struck injured's hard hat, went down their body resulting in minor contusions and abrasions, most severe injury was a sprained ankle.
