## Narrative

Employee was unplugging de-energized charger plug from #69 cat scoop in the 4E section.  When the scoop plug arced causing burns to the employee's abdomen. Cause of accident was improperly wired breaker and loose plugs lead. Miner proficiency, skills or attitude was not an issue. PPE was not an issue.
