Employee contacted the Safety Manager and HR Manager concerning pain in employee's right shoulder. Employee did not know of any particular incident that had occurred. Employee claims this illness due to continual repetitive motions of extending employee's arm and shoulder during bolting. Employee worked until surgery on 07/13/2017.
