Narrative

EE was working second shift on July 10th, the first shift back from vacation shutdown. Approximately three(3)hours into the shift, EE twisted right knee and heard a loud pop as EE was transferring a bundle of glue from the rear of the bolter to the front of the bolter. An MRI revealed a torn Meniscus. EE started missing work on July 21st.
