## Narrative

Employee was attempting to put the forks back on a Caterpillar 930H loader that had fallen off while picking up 6' belt structure. While trying to slide the bottom of the fork into place the top came out of the groove and overturned, striking the employee on left leg, fracturing the tibia and fibula.
