Narrative

Demoing brick from an autoclave with a titanium baffle. Titanium baffle was supported from side to side movement. The employee reached to brush rubble from under the baffle and the vibration from use of the rivet buster caused the baffle to shift, pinching the right middle fingertip of the employee.
