Narrative

Employee was loading an ATRS jack for a continuous miner onto a mantrip to transport to a section. While maneuvering the part it shifted an fell pulling employee's right shoulder downward. Employee did not violate any laws, rules or policies, is properly trained, and wearing proper PPE. Has a good attitude for safety.
