## Narrative

Employee was walking to the loader in the 8 South Section 7-8xc.  Employee stepped in a crosscut for a shuttle car to come by when a corner fell out striking employee in the legs resulting in contusions to both legs. Miner proficiency, skills or attitude was not an issue. PPE was not an issue.
