Narrative

Employee was in the process of assembling a hydraulic dipper together in the dipper shop. While walking around bowl the employee stated they slipped on a 1"" x 1"" piece of metal with left foot. After slipping, the employee caught themselves with right leg straining hip. Incident was not reported until 7/21. Restrictions not given until 7/25.
