Narrative

Employee operating diesel locomotive pushing supply cars into track switch when locomotive overheated and shut down. Supply cars pushed locomotive down track. Employee trying to stop locomotive and cars, fell off injuring left knee. Employee did not violate any rules or regulations and has a good attitude for safety. Employee has proper training and was wearing required PPE.
