## Narrative

Employee was operating a 785C Rock Truck along the haulage road to the valley fill area and lost control of the truck and went through the berm. The truck overturned and came to a rest at the bottom of the valley fill road. This resulted in fractures to the lumbar vertebrae and lost work days.
