## Narrative

Duckbill scoop brought in and tip placed in chain return opening at 162 shield (3E longwall recovery area) and then the panline was lifted up. Injured placed a link-n-lock crib underneath the panline so the duckbill could reposition and get the bill under the pan, when the panline slipped and fell on the crib, throwing it out and striking the injured in the chin.
