The mine received notification on 8/11/17 that this employee has been granted an award of 10% for Occupational Pneumoconiosis. This incident was caused by the employee's failure to wear appropriate respiratory protection during their mining career. Employee did not violate any rules, regulations, or policies. Employee is still currently employed at this operation.
