## Narrative

EE was operating the 33 loco when it stopped tramming EE was looking for air leak when found that the reverser wasn't working EE tried to move it manually with a wedge when EE hit a wire off causing an arc resulting in burns on EE's hand. Cause of injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor
