Employee was grabbing a sheet of wire screen from a partial bundle on the rib, started to turn with the screen when the rest started to fall causing the employee to fall to the ground. EE was seen by the site medic, referred to the ER, X-Rays were positive for fractures to the right foot and clavicle, restrictions were issued.
