Narrative

Employee was in the process of breaking up a rock with a ball peen hammer and a proto chisel at shield #9. A sliver of metal broke off the head of the hammer and struck ee in left forearm. This incident became reportable on 8/9/2017 when the employee had to have the piece of metal removed from arm.
