## Narrative

On 6/5/17, employee stated arms were sore from pulling pins from a haul truck bed. During conversation said injured arms on 5/28/17 loading cable. EE was taken to the doctor and taken off work. On 6/8, withdrew the claim. In July reclaimed the injury. WC TPA notified site 8/8/17 they were accepting claim.
